Here are some instructions on how to check the messages on the hotline.

1. Call the hotline phone number: 292-0123
2. Press * when you begin to hear the outgoing message
3. Enter the 4 digit passcode
4. If there are any messages, press 1 to listen to message
5. To delete a message press 3 (only do this if you’ve written down info to call person back and you will be calling)
6. To save a message press 5 (if you need to have another person listen to a message)
